1. Our Instructors
- All our instructors are trained and well mannered, they hold a full ADI/PDI licence.
- The instructor will turn up with a suitable car that meets the MOT regulation along with dual controls fitted
- All Instructors are insured for the right to teach any pupil who will hold a provisional licence
2. Tuition
- Tuition is only available if:
- You’re aged 17 or over, or aged 16 or over and receive the higher rate of Disability Living Allowance (mobility component); and
- hold a valid UK provisional driving licence; and
- are legally entitled to drive in the UK.
3. Lessons
- You and your instructor are responsible for agreeing all matters relating to the timing, location and duration of individual lessons.
- Only 1 offer applies. After the initial offer on the new student section. Once the offer is compete you will be able to choose the price/offers that are shown on the existing pupils sections
- On your first lesson you must present your instructor with a valid provisional licence.
- You must notify your instructor of any matters which affect your ability or entitlement to have driving tuition, eg any lack or loss of a valid UK professional driving licence.
4. Your Driving Instructor
- Your Driving Instructor is one of Our self-employed franchisees whose relationship with Us is governed by a franchise agreement. No contractual liability shall arise or subsist between You and Us. We will endeavour to assist You with Your requirements. All of Our Driving Instructors are licenced to carry on business as driving instructors and have obtained such licences from the Driving Standards Agency, which is an executive agency of the Department for Transport
5. Payment
- You can pay directly to your instructor with cash/card which must be done before the start lesson
- You can purchase lessons online and pay via paypal as this is the most recommended and safest method of payment
6. Price Change
- We reserve the right to change the price of all Our learner driver products including all Lessons, at any time.
7. Driving Test Cancellation Policy
- You will use the car that you have trained in for you practical driving test however if the instructor does not see you fit for the test they will have every right to refuse the use of their motor vehicle
- In the event of you having booked your driving test, the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) requires you to give three clear working days to cancel your test. This may mean that you may lose your DVSA test fee if your instructor says you’re not ready for your test within this three-day notice period.
